To provide customers with high-efficiency, low-cost automated equipment
Faced with increasing labor costs, fierce industry competition, overcapacity, and the growing demand from downstream clients for zero inventory, the profit margins in the paper box industry are shrinking. How to moderately reduce labor costs and significantly increase production capacity has become an urgent issue for businesses!
Looking ahead to future market demands, Ruijie Company is launching the concept and related models of the "positive and negative pressure flat-die cutting machine combination workstation" to provide customers with high-efficiency, low-cost automated equipment, helping businesses reduce costs.
The principle of this solution is to place one machine with its operating surface on the left (commonly known as the positive machine) and another on the right (commonly known as the negative machine). The operating surfaces of the two flat-die cutting machines face each other, with the paper feeding and receiving sections in the same direction. This allows the two machines to share a foot pedal, cutting blades, waste removal plates, front waste removal plates, and all frames, even the frame exchange table.
This changes the previous situation where two machines required one operator each shift. Now, two cutting machines only need one operator per shift, significantly reducing labor costs. The face-to-face arrangement of the two machines ensures that the entire operation is within the visual monitoring range of a single operator, saving space, reducing labor costs, facilitating the operator's detection of anomalies and troubleshooting, and improving the yield.
