The principle of this solution is to place one machine with its operating surface on the left (commonly known as the positive machine) and another with its operating surface on the right (commonly known as the negative machine). The operating surfaces of the two flat-die cutting machines face each other, with the feeding and receiving sections in the same direction. This allows the two machines to share a foot pedal, knife plates, waste removal plates, front waste removal plates, and all frames, even the frame exchange table.
As a result, the previous situation of needing one operator per machine per shift will be improved. Only one operator will be needed for both machines per shift, significantly reducing labor costs.
